Using Littlepage

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Give us accurate account information, keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, adapt for technical display, transmit and publicly display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve Littlepage. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable technical retention and copies made by others while it was public.

You promise that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and publish your content, including text, images, brands and links.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict, unpublish or remove content, or suspend an account, when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement or harm to the service or others. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact us.

Third-party links

Creators choose the destinations on their pages. Littlepage does not control or endorse third-party sites, goods or services, and you should review their own terms and privacy practices.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Littlepage reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. We may add, remove or modify features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.

Plans and payment

Free includes basic publishing. When checkout opens, Plus costs US$10 per month or US$120 billed yearly, with no annual discount. Applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Paddle processes payments as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through billing management; cancelling renewal preserves access through the paid period. Failed renewals receive a three-day grace period. After access ends, public pages use Free features and saved paid content remains in drafts. Account deletion cancels the subscription immediately. Cancellation or deletion does not automatically issue a refund; contact us for refund requests. A full refund removes access for the refunded period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending your account

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, legal requirement, security threat or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that naturally continue after termination, including ownership, lawful liability limits and dispute terms, remain in effect.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Littlepage is provided without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for creator content, third-party destinations or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful, including for applicable consumer guarantees or liability that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applying in South Australia, Australia. You and Littlepage submit to the courts with jurisdiction there, subject to any rights you have under mandatory local law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect where practical. Email hello@getlittlepage.com with questions.
