LEGAL & SUPPORT
Refund Policy
Effective 2 October 2026
Bitmeadow operates Littlepage. This policy explains how to cancel Littlepage Plus and request a refund. The provider that billed you handles your refund request. Your rights under applicable law still apply.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel renewal at any time through your billing provider. For a web purchase, use Littlepage Billing or the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt. For an app purchase, cancel in your Apple or Google account. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and keeps Plus access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation or account deletion does not automatically issue a refund.
Web purchases through Paddle
Paddle processes Littlepage web purchases as merchant of record. Refund eligibility is determined under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law. To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. You may contact Paddle directly even if you have also contacted Littlepage.
App purchases
In-app checkout is not currently enabled. If you have a purchase made through the App Store, request a refund from Apple. If you purchased through Google Play, use Google Play's refund request. The relevant store and applicable law determine eligibility.
Problems with Littlepage
If a Plus feature is not working as described, email hello@getlittlepage.com so we can investigate and help resolve it. You can also request a refund from the provider that billed you. Include your account email and a description of the problem, but do not send payment card details.
After a refund
A full refund for a paid period may end Plus access for that period. Your saved content remains in your account, while public pages and editing follow the Free plan limits after Plus access ends.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including Australian consumer guarantees. Contact Littlepage if you need help resolving a service problem or exercising those rights; provider refund instructions do not replace them.
